Welcome to our boutique fitness studio that is designed to meet the needs of seasoned gym goers, weekend warriors, beginners and athletes alike, all in our semi-private group setting.
Together Coach Matt and Coach Karen have years of experience between them working in group fitness training, athlete training and personal training. As home grown Nutley-ites, our coaches have chosen to build roots in the community they grew up in. They have continued to prioritize the rewarding career of helping others achieve their health goals, all while their own families grew. Understanding the balance between family life, work life and the stresses of today is what helps make our community unique and relevant.
As fitness enthusiasts ourselves, we understand that fitness provides more than just a physical outlet. In these ever changing times, it is important to engage in routines that provide physical and mental release, but also ones that help you engage with your community.
