At Boost Fitness, we are dedicated to transforming lives through fitness and wellness. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their health goals and live a balanced lifestyle. Our classes are kept small in order to provide you with the feeling of personalized training with the benefit of a group setting.

After a solid warmup, you will be guided through the workout of the day - including strength, conditioning and mobility. Most weeks we focus more on strength Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays and endurance training Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. You will never experience the same class twice at Boost!

Located in Nutley, we have everything you need to reach your fitness goals whether it's strength training equipment, cardio equipment or just the space to stretch!

Karen and Matt are both the owners and head trainers at Boost. Having both grown up in Nutley, and having years of in-person coaching experience, we love working within our community to help them reach there health goals!

In addition to our classes listed, we also love to train our future workout warriors. We have done individualized training for athletes, as well as sport specific team training. If you have a middle school (and above) aged athlete please reach out to see our current offerings.
